    Description

    Naturally shed by our pet Mandarin ducks.
    This is a feather that formed after one of our mandarins initial feathers shed.
    Then he shed this one about a month later, it's a different color, and actually a bit of a different shape than his normal feather. (See back photo for a better view of this unique shape.)
    I'm not sure what causes this but he did the same thing last year.
