Condition - Original with many upgrades
Exterior Condition Notes: Good to excellent. Rock guards have Stone dimples, one small 2" crease on top left rear cap, two small pinpoint dents on front and rear right caps. In 2019 Airstream factory at Jackson Center Ohio, replaced the entire upper right skin. This was due to a crack at the front door. The crack was repaired but we chose to have a new skin covering
Interior Layout / Sleeping Areas: Two twin beds in rear. Jack sofa in front.
Interior Condition Description: Solid Hickory Cabinet doors. Corian counter surfaces. New firm cushions in sofa and dinette seating. Reupholstered in November 2020. Sofa has ultraleather. Front sofa, center bath with shower on curbside and toilet and sink on street side, two wood hickory pocket doors separate the bedroom and living room. Interior is in excellent shape.
Sub Floor and Floor Coverings: Subfloor in good shape, no signs of any problems. New EVP hickory plank floor installed in 2018. Floor covering is in excellent condition, no gaps, no cupping, etc. the floor extends to just under the couch. We left the carpet there to keep all,the batteries, inverter , controllers from movement
Appliances : New Stove/Oven 2019, Fridge New 2015, 2013 Model, Furnace New 2019
Plumbing System and Condition including Hot Water Heater: New LP / Electric Water Heater 2016, Fresh water lines replaced in 2019. New water pump in 2019, Kitchen sink stainless steel new in 1019. Kitchen faucet brushed nickel new in 2019. Excellent condition. Bath sink and faucet original, excellent condition. new water Check Valve and city stainless steel water hook up replaced 2019

Air Conditioning? : 15500 BTU AC/Heat Pump. Works great, surprisingly quite. Micro air Easy Start installed 2016. New exchanger replaced in 2019, new cowling replaced in October 2020
Electrical System Notes Including Solar: Inverter runs all 110 outlets. 30 amp service, 5 65watt panels, Magnum 2000w inverter . MPPT solar Controller, Magnum control panel and Battery Monitor, 4 Lifeline group 27 AGM batteries, two Zamp exterior ports connecting direct to batteries for portable solar panels and 12 volt appliances
