    Description

    288xp chainsaw. Sold “as”is”
    Engine runs okay. Was using it for a chainsaw mill and it cut fine just bogs down when you turn it on it’s side. I imagine it’s something to do with the carburetor or pick up hose in the tank. when it’s sitting up it runs good. Handle is repaired with a piece of aluminum and that sprocket cover back piece cracked off (see pictures) but does not affect the operation of the saw. Top cover is helps in with a wire because the screw hole is worn out on the casting. Was a gift from my dad so I don’t know the history beyond what I used it for. Thanks for looking!
