RARE! c.1920s large format gold tinted silver gelatin photograph by J.E. Haynes (1884-1962), official Yellowstone Park photographer.
The image has the look of an orotone but printed on tinted photo paper.
Image is called "The Woman Bear". J.E. Haynes embossed stamp lower right.
This picture was likely sold inside one of the park lodges. Complete with original frame by a local Montana frame maker, C. E. Wilcox. Original backing with labels!
Frame measures 18.5" x 22.5", photo measures 16" x 20"
