Husqvarna 288XP Chainsaw - Just Rebuilt - Snellerized

Description

For sale is a Husqvarna 288XP chainsaw, powerhead only. I just went through this saw entirely. It has new, high quality, Nachi (Japan) crank bearings, new crank seals, new o-rings on the oil pump (seals crankcase). It has a new Meteor piston and ring in a Meteor cylinder. It makes 175 PSI compression and is not yet fully broken in. It has a new loop handle, clutch cover and chain brake, both aftermarket. Everything on the saw works as it should. It runs great, as you can see in the video. This saw is not a shelf queen, but is in excellent condition and ready to go to work.
I also will include the original Kolbenschmidt cylinder. The bore has very minimal scratches that would have little to no affect on compression. The muffler flange has minimal damage, but should still work fine. I will also include the original clutch cover, but it has no chain brake parts.
