Turquoise Tie Tack Pin Sterling silver VTG Southwestern SIGNED handmade Vickie?

This is a used/vintage sterling silver
and turquoise tie tack pin.
It is hand made and artist signed.
I am not sure what the name on it is....
Looks like maybe "Vickie To?????".
Size is about 1/2 long.
Good used vintage condition; might need some cleaning/polishing and have some normal age ware.
Because my items are vintage/used they may have some signs of use/wear and/or be in need of some cleaning or polishing.
I have not tried to clean or do anything to the piece.
